Nails With Sparkle

As promised, I wanted to show you another attempt at using loose glitter shadow on my nails. My first look can be seen here. I actually created this look right before Christmas, but due to a backlog, I'm only getting around to blogging about it now, oops!

Wanting to incorporate the 3 remaining Mon Ennui glitter shadows into this look, I decided to use Illamasqua Viridian, a gorgeous forest green, as my base colour. I then applied a coat of Orly 54 for the glitter to adhere to.

For my feature nail, I added 2 nail art studs. Gosh, I just love that green! :)

    Oh wow!!! Look at those colours!! So pretty :)
    And thank you so much for the inspiration, I've never considered using a loose glitter shadow on my nails but I will now for sure. I actually have some models prefer loose shadows and I never knew what to use them for. Thanks to you I can use them now :)

BH Cosmetics Carli Bybel Deluxe Palette and Giveaway

When BH Cosmetics released the original Carli Bybel palette I was tossing up whether I was going to purchase it or not. Sure, it was pretty with lovely neutral shades, but I was trying to cut down my eye shadow palette buying to only palettes that I really, really had to have and I wasn't convinced that was the case. When the Carli Bybel Deluxe version was released containing 15 shadows and 6 highlighters as opposed to the original which had 10 eye shadows and 3 highlighters, I had to have it.
