My first favourites post of 2019 and it's only January. Go me! I don't post monthly on favourites because I just don't try enough new products, but I realised I was reaching for products regularly that I loved and have not spoken about. None of these beauty faves are new, but they are new to me. Maybelline Color Tattoo in Bad to the Bronze- I have been reaching for this eye cream a lot lately, which I am glad about because I have had this for years now. The Color Tattoos I generally use as a base for eye shadow, but this Summer the days have been too hot for me to want to bother with wearing much makeup. This Color Tattoo, eye liner and mascara and I'm good to go! Heel Chemistry- I bought this during Deciem's Black Friday sale. It was so discounted that I thought I'd give it a try. In this January Favourites post I have some products that were not new to me in the month of January but because it's the first time blogging on faves for a very long time, I thought I'd share. Just a handful of products, but I'm loving them (obviously, lol) ColourPop Ultra Satin in Femme- I recently reviewed the Ultra Satins and I really love this formula. If interested you can check out my review here . Out of the shades I ordered, Femme was the most unique. Sunsense Sensitive Invisible SPF 50+- This sunscreen is fantastic. It is my new favourite. It's a physical SPF that is not greasy and does not cause a white cast like many physical sunscreens I have tried in the past. I will have a review of this SPF next week. Poni White Knight Mascara- I was lucky to have been given this product to trial. It is a tubing mascara that provides length and volume without smudging or flaking. I have not used another mascara since receiving this one!  ...

September didn't bring many new favourite products to my attention. I had been using pretty much the same basic makeup and skin care products throughout the month, apart from the many lipsticks I have been reviewing.  Here are the products that I have been loving.  Skinn Reorganize Eye Balm If you are in need of some extra moisturising for the eye area, this is a product you should try. It is a balm that is so soothing. It's quite thick, so I apply at bedtime. I often can still feel remnants of the rich product the next day. However, it's not greasy and doesn't migrate to other areas of my face. This eye balm now sits beside my bed. Mon Ennui "Half Jack" Golden green with gold shimmer. This loose mineral eye shadow is so pretty. I find myself reaching for it a few times a week. I love green shadow with my brown eyes. Of course, I love the extra sparkle, too.   Along with my beauty favourites, I thought I'd share with you some other things I love also. Beauty first, of course! :) Just 5 products to show you. ColourPop Lippie Stix in Lumiere What a popular brand ColourPop has become. I couldn't let the hype go by without trying some products for myself. Because I have been trying a lot of lipsticks on for blog purposes, I only had the chance to try "Lumiere" once. I fell in love with this mauve brown shade instantly. Stay tuned for a review of ColourPop in the near future, which of course will include swatches.   Silk Naturals HD Peach Concealer This concealer has been helping reduce the look of my dark under eye circles. The peach really works to neutralize the darkness. Being a colour corrector, I wear this under foundation. Because my May Favourites post was my first ever of this kind, I had quite a few products to show you. In an effort to not be too repetitive with my most loved products, I'll try not to mention the same faves, well not in every post, lol. Models Prefer Professional Precision Foundation Brush   Wow that's a mouthful! I use makeup brushes on a daily basis. I have a decent amount. To me they are a necessity, I don't generally get excited about them. Out of all the brushes I've used, this one is my favourite. It only has one purpose in my makeup routine, and that's to blend out my under eye concealer. This brush is the perfect shape and density. I can get into the corner of my under eyes with the tapered tip. Blending is a breeze, no streaks. I'm pretty excited to post my first ever favourites feature. I have quite a few products to show you that I have been loving. Vaseline Intensive Care Spray Moisturiser- After finishing up the Spray Moisturiser in the Cocoa formula , I replaced it with the Advanced Strength version. I was totally content with the previous bottle, but wanted to try a different one. This one has been wonderful, as my skin tends to get drier in cold weather. I'm also loving that I don't have to wait long for the moisturiser to absorb before putting clothes on after a shower. It's way too cold to wait around! Lol. 88 Warm palette - Whenever I am wearing makeup, I am almost always using this palette. It is perfect for eye contouring, but I could easily get away with just using these eye shadows. I do everything from highlight my brows and corner of my eyes, to deeper crease and brow bone shades, to even filling in my eye brows. It is so versatile. Also, this version is so easy to ...
