The JLo perfume bottle caught my attention. Sleek and stylish...and difficult to take a photo of, lol. Description- " The scent opens with vibrant fruity notes and ozone, lychee, melon, passionfruit, mandarine and white cherry. At its heart, seductive florals, including, creamy jasmine, rose, pink peony and orange flower. The fragrance ends with patchouli, musk and moss." This perfume is so sweet and juicy with tropical goodness. However, the perfume doesn't stop there. It has heady florals that are intoxicating and slightly spicy. I haven't tried the original glow, but I assume that this is a darker version. It is rich, and throughout wear develops a creamy quality. I find Glow After Dark to be sensual and sexy. Perfect for a Summer's night out. But, I'm happy to wear it anytime, anywhere!

In this post I have some new products, along with some old favourites. Banaban Extra Virgin Coconut Oil I have been using coconut oil for years , it is a Holy Grail product for me that I cannot be without. In fact it was featured in my second blog post! I have many uses for this miracle oil that include hair treatment, body moisturiser, hand cream, and of course cooking with. I also put it in coffee instead of sugar. It isn't overly sweet, but adds flavour so I don't feel the need for sugar.  I always buy the Banaban brand. Isn't it funny to be so obsessed with rubbish? I just love empties posts! I enjoy writing them, as well as reading them. As I say goodbye to Feb, I can say good bye to a fairly good chunk of empty packaging (mostly). Skinn Collagenesis ABC Triple Action Peel - Having 4 "syringes" of product in this pack, meant that I only had a month's worth to use. The double barreled packaging was needed to ensure the 2 formulas to be separated, only mixed upon application. I must say that I was not excited by the results, I had high hopes for this peel. I used one application for face and neck, only to discover after watching a demo on TVSN, that it is actually required to use one product for only the face to ensure maximum results. If you want to treat the neck, another one is required. Repurchase? JLo "My Glow" is a perfume that found a place in my collection, thanks to it being an unwanted gift of my daughter's. I was going to at least give it a try. Perfume description- "It includes lavender, lotus, freesia, peony, white rose, green leaves, Casablanca lily, sandalwood, musk, heliotrope and precious wood." The perfume certainly is not the floral explosion that I'd expect from a description like that. I find it to be quite soft and fresh, with enough floral to cut through the sweetness.  The fragrance is innocent and playful, suitable for a teen exploring the perfume world.  I do find the longevity to be quite good, albeit, it is very close to the skin, only enveloping the wearer. The bottle is sweet, having an angel as the stopper. A little too "cutesie" for me, but I appreciate JLo's direction for this perfume.
