Alpha H Travel Sized Pack

I recently had a very nice surprise in the mail. TVSN sent me some goodies, including a travel sized skincare set from Alpha H. There are 4 products that came in a cute little mesh bag.

Instead of reviewing all of the products in separate blog posts, I thought I would quickly run through each product in the one post.

I'll start with the Triple Action Cleaner. This is a gel cleanser formulated with cucumber, aloe vera and thyme. A mix of antibacterial, yet hydrating ingredients to balance oily skin. I don't really suffer oily skin, but I found this cleanser was gentle enough on my combination skin. Not stripping my drier areas, whilst removing excess oil from my t-zone. I have been trying to avoid gel cleansers, but this 1 is nice to use in the mornings.

The Micro Cleanse Super Scrub contains not only 12% Glycolic Acid, but additional Jojoba beads to add to that exfoliation experience. Both chemical and physical exfoliants working to rid your skin of unwanted debris and skin cells, providing smooth, healthier looking skin. The Jojoba beads are so gentle when massaged across the skin. I like to leave the scrub on the face for a few minutes to let the Glycolic Acid to do its thing.

Balancing and Pore Refining Mask contains lavander for its antibacterial properties, white clay to unclog pores, zinc oxide for healing and Vitamin A, an ingredient that I love. The mask is lavender heavy in scent, which I like for its calming properties. It is quite thick, but easy to apply. I do find that the mask does set and is drying, like move and it will crack drying. Once removed, my skin is clean and feels so soft. My skin looks radiant after use.

Not only does the Balancing Moisturiser and Gentle Exfoliant contain goodies such as Hyaluronic Acid, green tea, aloe vera and Vitamin E, but also has 10% Glycolic Acid. This moisturiser is hydrating and antiaging,  exfoliating the skin, yet gentle enough to use everyday. I have been enjoying this light moisturiser, it has a menthol scent and an invigorating cooling sensation. My skin feels sufficiently hydrated.

  5. I haven't tried any of these, although I have tried their Gentle Daily Exfoliant & the original Absoluté Eye Complex, the latter of which I'm about to re-purchase. I really wasn't fussed on the Gentle Daily Exfoliant though, it didn't do much for me.
