I was fortunate enough to be invited by beauty website, Beauty Heaven , to trial the Lancome Advanced Genifique Youth Activator. I was excited because this is a product that because it is on the pricier side, I wouldn't buy for myself. The serum has been formulated to tone and refine skin causing it to look younger in 7 days! Huge claim. The serum comes in a beautiful tapered bottle that is black and fades to clear as it tapers  down at the bottom, so that you can see the product. The serum is dispensed through a dropper. But, this is Lancome, so it's no ordinary dropper. As the screw-top lid is opened the dropper is filled with the required amount for application to face and neck. It just feels and looks so luxe, complete with the well known Lancome flower imprint at the top of the dropper. I am so easily persuaded to try something. Forget the fact that rose scents can often make me feel ill, many raves about Tresor Midnight Rose had me coveting this fragrance. Instead of committing to a full size, I headed to ebay and found a decent trial size.  Even for a sample size, the bottle is so pretty, replicating the full size. It is missing it's little rose that is placed around the neck of the bottle. Another month, another empties post...   In May I finished quite a few products, and discovered some new favourite products. Wotnot Wipes- I bought a pack of 3 of these makeup wipes when on sale. Repurchase? I'm not sure, the wipes did a decent job of removing my makeup after my nightly oil cleanse. I am content using any brand that is cheap and does the job. FCUK Connect Perfume - This was a nice perfume to use, fruity and sweet. Repurchase? The longevity just wasn't good enough to warrant another purchase of this perfume. Skinn Vacuum Deep Pore Cleansing Mask - Ever since having a skin care routine, a clay mask has always been my weekly treatment. The brand Lancome conjours grace and luxury. It has been a brand that I'd thought unattainable with my budget. Thanks to a huge prize pack, I was excited to note that a Lancome skincare product was now in my hot little hands.                                          Lancome Renergie Lift Multi-Action Night cream has claims of reducing wrinkles in 4 weeks, improving skin texture and offering the advantage of  working at night when the skin repairs itself. The cream comes in a glass 50ml jar. It's quite solid, feeling great in the hand. The purple and chrome look very classy, something that I was proud to have on show. The product itself is quite rich and thick in consistency. I'm not a huge fan of heavily fragranced products, but I'll admit that the scent of this product just adds to its luxurious nature.
