Well, July is over which means here in Australia we are 2/3rds of the way through Winter. It can't be over quick enough for me, lol! This month I have more decluttered products than actual empties! I'll still be showing you the empties first. Skinn Enriched Softening Essence - This is a hydrating toning product. Instead of a cotton pad, I preferred to pat onto my skin after pouring a small amount into my hands, so that I get more product on my face. Repurchase? Yes! I love this stuff! Skinn Hylighten - This is an under eye roll-on for dark circles, which I certainly have. Repurchase? I didn't notice any improvement. I have used it in the past, but received it again in a value pack. I wouldn't buy it on its own. Skinn Hydro-Vital Eye Cream - The Hydro-Vital range is formulated to give maximum hydration to the skin. I don't have overly dry skin, but my under eye area is quite dehydrated. Repurchase? It's time once again for me to show you the progress on my rolling Project Pan. Annoyingly, I forgot to take a photo of the 5 products that I was panning in the last update, but I will show you the single photos of the products. The MBA lipstick sample in OCD I had to part ways with. Unfortunately it started smelling funky, so that and the rest of the samples have to go. It makes me realise just how much I need to be more mindful of what I buy and whether I am realistically going to use it, especially cream based makeup items. I was able to finish the W7 Cosmetics Catwalk Concealer.  I love to see pan! I believe I will be finished the Maybelline Color Tattoo in Bold Gold by the next update. For such an easy to use neutral lip pencil, it certainly is taking me a while to get through. Today I will be showing you my update on the products I am trying to finish, my last was about 2 months ago. You can see that here . This is a rolling 5 pan so I just replace products as I finish them. I'll start by showing you the ColourPop eye shadow in Cornelius. I used as much as I could, but am calling it a day on this one because it just became too dry to use. I am pretty happy that I got so much use out of it, though. The 2nd product that I finished was the MBA Cosmetics lipstick sample in Drama Queen. I know it's not a huge achievement, but I just want to try and get through these samples before they go bad. The last 2 months I seemed to make better progress on this concealer. I made an effort to use the LA Girl eye liner more, making sure to use on the lower water line as well as the upper, still slow going, but there is progress. Today I have some trash to show you! That's certainly a charming way to introduce a blog post. But, hey we all know that crazily another month has passed us by, and I am here to show you the products that I finished in April. Another month, another handful of products. Skinn AM Cleanser - I finally finished off the last of these gel cleansers, I had been buying back ups and there were quite a few in my skincare stash. I made the process of finishing this product quicker by also using it to clean my makeup sponges. Repurchase? I enjoyed this Skinn cleanser, but am switching to only using creamy cleansers. Skinn PM Cleanser - A lovely creamy cleanser that doubles as a deep cleansing mask. Repurchase? At this stage I still have 2 more that I am happy to use. Acure Day Cream - I bought this day moisturiser from iHerb. Packed with goodies and none of the nasties, I had to try it. Repurchase? Ok, so that time of the month has come around that I get to show you my rubbish. Only the beauty rubbish of course. I got through a few makeup and skincare items and some items that I am binning unfinished. L'Oreal Infallible Matte Foundation - I don't think I have ever bought a high end foundation. It takes some trial and error to find a good one, but I'm always glad that I'm not paying too much. In saying that, the L'Oreal Infallible foundation is quite expensive at RRP, so I bought it during the Priceline 40% off sale. Repurchase? I am not in need of any foundations at the moment. When I do need a replacement, I really want to try the new Infallible foundation. If I'm not happy with it, I would definitely consider buying this one again. Skinn DermAppeal- I didn't think I would use a physical exfoliator again until I tried the Dermappeal. It is very gritty and is almost like a micro-dermabrasion at home. Because I am currently trying to finish a palette in my Pan That Palette project, I will post updates of this Project Pan bi-monthly. You can check out my Intro here . So for my first update I will show you how my progress is going. I will begin with the photo of the products from intro then proceed with the photo of current state of product. This Mirenesse lipstick is done... finally !! It was a decent neutral, creamy lipstick. I only had the smallest amount left to finish and boy it feels good to be done! To replace the Mirenesse lipstick, I chose Drama Queen a pink lipstick sample I ordered from MBA Cosmetics. I love me some shimmer and glitter, but what can put me off with glitter is just how messy it can get. I have tried glitter creams in the past. Application is less messy but I found that I had problems with creasing throughout wear which is not pretty! I put my bad experiences aside and took a chance on the MBA Cosmetics Pressed Glitters . Instead of being in a cream base, the glitter is pressed with binders which does give them a creamy feel. Similar in texture to ColourPop eye shadows if you are familiar with them. There are so many shades to choose from, but I wanted to limit my order just in case I was not a fan. You can choose to buy the pressed glitters in a compact or like I did where the pans come in a cardboard case so you can place them in a palette. Look at all that sparkly goodness! I was certainly hoping for a better outcome than I got with the MBA Cosmetics Metallic Matte Lipsticks . If you didn't read my review on those, I was not a fan at all! ...
