I was so happy that with September the weather would warm up because it meant the arrival of Spring. Nope, didn't really happen where I live, hopefully with October I will see more sunshine! Oh, and of course with a new month it means I get to show you the products I finished. Just a handful of products, really, but I'll quickly run through each item with you. Sunsense Sensitive Invisible 50+ Sunscreen - This sunscreen being zinc based is a physical sunscreen. Thankfully, it isn't a thick product and doesn't give the skin an unwanted white cast like so many often do.  Repurchase? I will repurchase this sunscreen. It has a  high SPF rating, something that is very important here in Australia, plus I  find it works well as a primer under my foundation.  It's Skin Power 10 Formula WH Effector - A light weight serum that is targeted towards those wanting a more even skintone. Last week I showed you my morning skincare routine , so today I will be showing you the products that I use at night. If I'm wearing makeup, I begin with Simple Cleansing Oil . Such a cheap product, but works well to melt the makeup away. I then finish the cleansing process with the Moreish cream cleanser another budget friendly cleanser that is gentle yet effective. Not pictured is the mix of coconut water and small amount of salt water that I apply to my face with a cotton pad. Once dry I then like to give myself a spritz of rose water. Next is the Re RGBF serum which absorbs quite quickly, so I can then apply an eye serum.  My current night moisturiser is Swisse Hibiscus Anti-Aging Cream. Closer to bed time I spritz again with rose water, then while my face is stil wet, the Hand Chemistry Retin A Body Oil. Once the oil is well on its way to being absorbed, I apply Skinn Reorganize Night Eye Balm. Thanks for reading xx

I initially was going to update you on my AM skincare routine, but I last showed you my morning skincare routine at the end of last year. What???? Obviously a lot has changed since then, so this post will be my current 2017 routine. Lately I haven't been using a cleanser in the morning, I've just been using coconut water with a small amount of salt water (not pictured) and applying to my skin using a cotton pad. In a bottle I have some rosewater, I give myself a couple of spritzes in place of a toner. My serum is currently the Re BFGF, it's ok, but doesn't wow me, so I'm really just finishing it off so I can start on some of my other serums. Eye product is  Ganique Paris Eye Lift Serum  which is a lightweight serum that absorbs very quickly into the skin. The moisturiser I have been using is the Sukin Supergreens . Opa! Is a perfume that Dimitri from Skinn Cosmetics created. After hearing about it on the demo aired on TVSN I really wanted it, but just couldn't justify adding another perfume to my already too large collection. In my latest Project Pan update I was able to finish 3 products. Because I had to add some other products, I thought I would show you a makeup look using Project Pan and Pan That Palette items. So, the products I used that are in my pan are as follows. Another month another empties post. You guys know the drill.  This past month I seem to be decluttering much more than I finished. I'll begin with these Alpha H travel sized products. Triple Action Cleanser- A gel cleanser that works to balance skin without drying it out. Repurchase? A great cleanser, but I now prefer cream cleansers. This one would have been fantastic when I was in my teens/early twenties. Micro Cleanse Super Scrub- A scrub formulated to exfoliate skin both chemically and physically. This is such a gentle exfoliator, the jojoba beads have no sharp edges, so they just glide over the skin as you massage over the skin. Repurchase? I prefer a more abrasive scrub to get rid of all those dead skin cells. Balancing and Pore Refining Mask- A clay mask that deep cleanses pores, whilst having properties that also soothe skin. Repurchase? A decent mask, but with my current stockpile of facial masks, I really am not in the market for another. ...

Well, July is over which means here in Australia we are 2/3rds of the way through Winter. It can't be over quick enough for me, lol! This month I have more decluttered products than actual empties! I'll still be showing you the empties first. Skinn Enriched Softening Essence - This is a hydrating toning product. Instead of a cotton pad, I preferred to pat onto my skin after pouring a small amount into my hands, so that I get more product on my face. Repurchase? Yes! I love this stuff! Skinn Hylighten - This is an under eye roll-on for dark circles, which I certainly have. Repurchase? I didn't notice any improvement. I have used it in the past, but received it again in a value pack. I wouldn't buy it on its own. Skinn Hydro-Vital Eye Cream - The Hydro-Vital range is formulated to give maximum hydration to the skin. I don't have overly dry skin, but my under eye area is quite dehydrated. Repurchase? I have been showing you progress of my Project Pan and Pan That Palette and it occurred to me that I should show you a makeup look using the products. Models Prefer Infinite Colour Foundation- I bought this months ago, it was 50% off, so figured why not. It's too light on my skin. I find it can get a little streaky when applying with a brush but does apply well with a sponge. It's a nice medium coverage foundation, not bad, but doesn't wow me. Maybelline Color Tattoo in Bold Gold- I love these cream shadows, especially when using as a base for powder eye shadows. The gold colour has been working well with the olive and brown tones I have been using on my lid. LA Girl Endless Liner in Black- I love that this liner is retractable and is nice and black. What I don't like is it seems to be a drier formula, so it takes some work to apply. I'll be glad when I'm finished this liner. Ok, so one month of Winter is now over...2 more to go. But, with how quick the year is going, the warm weather will be here before we know it! For those of us in the Southern Hemisphere, that is. Anyway I'm going to show you what I finished in June Not a whole lot of empties, but there's products finished none-the-less.  Skinn DermAppeal- One of my favourite products from the Skinn brand. It is a physical exfoliant that is quite abrasive which I like because it really smooths the skin. Repurchase? Of course I have a back-up! Skinn Hydro-Vital Serum - This dual-chambered serum is so hydrating. It's lightweight and feels silky smooth on the skin. Repurchase? I really prefer actives in my serum as I think a decent regular moisturiser can give me adequate hydration. It's a nice product, but I don't feel the need to purchase it again. As we say hello to June, I thought I'd share my May empties with you. Here's my strangely satisfying basket of empty products, so yes, rubbish! NS-8 Heel Balm Complex- A lotion for dry, cracked heels that acted as nourishing as a balm. My favourite way of using this product was to slather my feet at bedtime and cover with socks overnight. The result being super smooth feet. Repurchase? Yes, I would love to get my hands on some more of this! Skinn PM Cleanser - I finished 2 of these cleansers, 1 being full size, the other a travel size. A creamy cleanser that I used day and night because I no longer want to use gel cleansers. Repurchase? I still have another to use. Skinn Hydro-Vital Cream - A rich moisturiser that can be used day and night. Targeted for dry skin. Nice product, but I hate the packaging. I much prefer airless, or even a pump so I'm not dipping my fingers into the product. Repurchase? A fantastic moisturiser to hydrate the skin, b...

The creator Dimitri is passionate about his products that it's hard not to watch a demonstration without buying something from his range. Today I have some trash to show you! That's certainly a charming way to introduce a blog post. But, hey we all know that crazily another month has passed us by, and I am here to show you the products that I finished in April. Another month, another handful of products. Skinn AM Cleanser - I finally finished off the last of these gel cleansers, I had been buying back ups and there were quite a few in my skincare stash. I made the process of finishing this product quicker by also using it to clean my makeup sponges. Repurchase? I enjoyed this Skinn cleanser, but am switching to only using creamy cleansers. Skinn PM Cleanser - A lovely creamy cleanser that doubles as a deep cleansing mask. Repurchase? At this stage I still have 2 more that I am happy to use. Acure Day Cream - I bought this day moisturiser from iHerb. Packed with goodies and none of the nasties, I had to try it. Repurchase?
