When it comes to my makeup, there are certain products that I use on a daily basis, well when I am wearing makeup. These include products that I prefer to use first before trying another as I don't like to have more than one open at a time. These products are foundations, concealers, powders and mascaras. I also include products that I am trying to finish and of course, my fave brow pencil. Yep, it's HG status and the only one that I use. To make these every day products more accessible, I store them in a handy basket in the bathroom. Whenever I do my makeup, I just simply remove the basket from a cupboard and place on the bench. The only product that doesn't fit is the 88 palette that I am panning. I just have that palette stored upright beside the basket. Too easy! This year I have been panning (or trying to use up) an eye shadow palette. I was using the 88 Warm palette on a daily basis for eye contouring, so decided I would go for gold and see if I could empty the pans. So far, I've finished 36 pans, removing the pan once it's done which is so satisfying! My goal was to totally finish it, but I'm probably going to bin the palette when I've used the shadows that I enjoy using. I'm not really one to wear greys and silvers, plus there's some colours that don't have enough colour pay off for my liking. For this Christmas look, I went for a very wearable option. Something I'd be comfortable wearing during the festive season. Some regular products I wear daily, mixed with other not-so-loved makeup. I've had some new things to play with in November. Some of these made it into the month's favourite products. Mostly skincare loves in November. Skinn AM and PM cleansers- I won't delve into these products in too much detail, as I plan on reviewing them separately. I've enjoyed using them so much that they are my most favourite products of the month. Cleansers don't wow me that often. But, my skin has been loving these 2 products. They are awesome, and since buying I have bought back-ups. I don't want to be without these cleansers!       Designer Brands CC Cream- I had not been using this product in the whole month of November, but after the first application, I adored it! It has very little coverage, but it makes my skin look dewy and fresh so my imperfections aren't front and centre, like they are without makeup. I need to review this CC cream for ya'll. Yeah, so it's "empties" time. Which means another month is done and dusted. I am always surprised how quick these posts seem to come around. It's dizzying just how quick this year is flying! I got through a handy amount of products, it's going to feel good binning these empties! MasqueOlogy Brightening cloth masks- I enjoy how moisturising these masks are, and I find cloth masks so easy. No applying or needing to rinse off. Repurchase? I liked them, but don't feel the need to seek them out. Ciencia8 Cleanse8 Gel - This is a wonderful cleanser. Although, it's a gel, it doesn't strip the skin like some foaming cleansers can. Repurchase? I would but it's too pricey, especially when I can spend a lot less for decent products that do just as good a job. Thanks to the lovely Kat from Kats Colourings , I was lucky enough to win some lovely goodies, including the Maybelline Color Drama Lip Pencil in "Fuchsia Desire". Of course, being a beautiful hot pink, it was destined to be worn on my lips.
