Well, now that another year is done and dusted, it's time I showed you how I finished up with my attempt at a rolling 5 pan project. It's weird to think that I have been doing this project for a year, replacing a product as I finished it. I must say, that apart from the lipstick and lip gloss, I was pretty easy on myself by choosing products that I knew wouldn't be too hard to use until they were finished. Swisse Natural Defence BB Cream - This BB Cream gives a sheer coverage like that of a tinted moisturiser, but it's enough to even out my skintone. I used it every day (apart from weekends) since I added it to the project and finished it (was 1/2 full).  I've got probably half of the Maybelline Color Tattoo in Bad to the Bronze left. So the rolling 5 pan continues. The following photo shows where my project was in September. Now I'll show you the progress since then. I was surprised at how quickly I got through the LA Colors Mineral Pressed Powder. I really enjoyed the satin finish of this powder. Although it was satisfying watching the pan get bigger and bigger, I am actually a little sad that I have finished it. So this little guy is still going (insert eye roll) I have been using the Smashbox lip liner as a lipstick almost every single day and I am over it, but I am determined to finish it. Surely by the end of the year I can be done with it!  I love the Maybelline Color Tattoo in Bad To The Bronze, it's such an easy shade to wear on its own and works well using it as an eye shadow base. So, as the title suggests, I am going to show you the progress of my Project Pan. It's a rolling 5 pan where I'm trying to finish products and then replace them as I go.  Here's where I was at in July. I finished this Models Prefer foundation. It is a nice medium coverage foundation, but having no pump annoys me. I wasted some product because it was hard to control the amount of product I would dump out on a plastic tray for each application. I have been using this Smashbox lip liner in place of a lipstick and now I'm really powering through it. I'm expecting to be almost finished, if not finished by the next update. I am so glad to be done with this LA Girl eye liner, the only thing I liked about it was that the pencil is retractable.  After using this NYX gloss most days for the last 2 months, I didn't think I was getting anywhere. It's time once again for me to show you the progress on my rolling Project Pan. Annoyingly, I forgot to take a photo of the 5 products that I was panning in the last update, but I will show you the single photos of the products. The MBA lipstick sample in OCD I had to part ways with. Unfortunately it started smelling funky, so that and the rest of the samples have to go. It makes me realise just how much I need to be more mindful of what I buy and whether I am realistically going to use it, especially cream based makeup items. I was able to finish the W7 Cosmetics Catwalk Concealer.  I love to see pan! I believe I will be finished the Maybelline Color Tattoo in Bold Gold by the next update. For such an easy to use neutral lip pencil, it certainly is taking me a while to get through. Today I will be showing you my update on the products I am trying to finish, my last was about 2 months ago. You can see that here . This is a rolling 5 pan so I just replace products as I finish them. I'll start by showing you the ColourPop eye shadow in Cornelius. I used as much as I could, but am calling it a day on this one because it just became too dry to use. I am pretty happy that I got so much use out of it, though. The 2nd product that I finished was the MBA Cosmetics lipstick sample in Drama Queen. I know it's not a huge achievement, but I just want to try and get through these samples before they go bad. The last 2 months I seemed to make better progress on this concealer. I made an effort to use the LA Girl eye liner more, making sure to use on the lower water line as well as the upper, still slow going, but there is progress. Because I am currently trying to finish a palette in my Pan That Palette project, I will post updates of this Project Pan bi-monthly. You can check out my Intro here . So for my first update I will show you how my progress is going. I will begin with the photo of the products from intro then proceed with the photo of current state of product. This Mirenesse lipstick is done... finally !! It was a decent neutral, creamy lipstick. I only had the smallest amount left to finish and boy it feels good to be done! To replace the Mirenesse lipstick, I chose Drama Queen a pink lipstick sample I ordered from MBA Cosmetics.
