Shop My Stash Palette Edition- Makeup Revolution Soph Eye Shadow Palette

The Makeup Revolution Soph eye shadow palette is a collaboration with YouTuber Sophdoesnails. I can't say I had heard of Soph before, but after watching a few swatch videos I had to have this palette.

The packaging is quite simple with gold writing over a rubbery textured pale nude colour, I like it. The inside is far from quite simple with many pops of colour. I'll show you a pic.


So many fun shades, but a neutral look can also be achieved with this palette.



After using the Naked Palette for a week, I couldn't wait to be playing with colour again. The mattes were great for crease work. I wasn't keen on that last black shade, but I rarely wear black shadow anyway. Actually that 2nd last brown next to the black wasn't the best either, but I could get use out of it in the crease. The shimmers were nice, but did need a base. Which is something I use anyway.

BYS Berries Palette

I have bought from the brand BYS in the past, but I can't say I've actually sought out anything from them. Well, that was until I saw swatches popping up on my Instagram feed of the Berries palette.  It's a 12 pan palette and has a similar vibe going on to the much loved and raved about ABH Modern Renaissance palette. Of course, I do not own the pricier ABH palette, but I just had to have the Berries palette. Taken from BYS - "BYS Berries Eye Shadow Palette features an array of 12 expertly chosen, highly pigmented matte and metallic eye shadows. The 12 piece palette comes housed in a modern, embossed tin. featuring a mirror and 2 dual end applicators." The tin packaging of this palette is really cute, it reminds me of the Naked 2 and 3 palettes. It is a little bulky, but I like it. BH Cosmetics Carli Bybel Deluxe Palette and Giveaway

When BH Cosmetics released the original Carli Bybel palette I was tossing up whether I was going to purchase it or not. Sure, it was pretty with lovely neutral shades, but I was trying to cut down my eye shadow palette buying to only palettes that I really, really had to have and I wasn't convinced that was the case. When the Carli Bybel Deluxe version was released containing 15 shadows and 6 highlighters as opposed to the original which had 10 eye shadows and 3 highlighters, I had to have it. I went as far as pre-ordering the palette before it was even released. The sneak peek swatches had won me over!
