Tree and Sapling

Just a quick post to showcase etsy seller Tree and Sapling. Once again I was tempted with a too-good-to-refuse Heartsy voucher. I only purchased a few things, as my pile of natural soaps is getting a little out of control, lol. As pictured, along with the soaps, I purchased a jar of whipped soap and received the cute flower soap as a freebie.




I've gotten as far as having a sniff of these goodies, and they do smell good! I am impressed by the packaging, it looks so classy. I believe that Tree and Sapling products would make great gifts, especially for those that appreciate natural soaps, lotions and products for men also.

In my order, I also received a card, which is a nice personal touch. This card included a coupon code to receive 25% off, which I'll be sure to use in the near future!

BYS Berries Palette

I have bought from the brand BYS in the past, but I can't say I've actually sought out anything from them. Well, that was until I saw swatches popping up on my Instagram feed of the Berries palette.  It's a 12 pan palette and has a similar vibe going on to the much loved and raved about ABH Modern Renaissance palette. Of course, I do not own the pricier ABH palette, but I just had to have the Berries palette. Taken from BYS - "BYS Berries Eye Shadow Palette features an array of 12 expertly chosen, highly pigmented matte and metallic eye shadows. The 12 piece palette comes housed in a modern, embossed tin. featuring a mirror and 2 dual end applicators." The tin packaging of this palette is really cute, it reminds me of the Naked 2 and 3 palettes. It is a little bulky, but I like it. BH Cosmetics Carli Bybel Deluxe Palette and Giveaway

When BH Cosmetics released the original Carli Bybel palette I was tossing up whether I was going to purchase it or not. Sure, it was pretty with lovely neutral shades, but I was trying to cut down my eye shadow palette buying to only palettes that I really, really had to have and I wasn't convinced that was the case. When the Carli Bybel Deluxe version was released containing 15 shadows and 6 highlighters as opposed to the original which had 10 eye shadows and 3 highlighters, I had to have it. I went as far as pre-ordering the palette before it was even released. The sneak peek swatches had won me over!
