A few makeup categories to show you that aren't too out of control. Brow products- 7 Well, it seems that I have acquired some more items for the brows, but it's still manageable. To be honest, these kinds of products don't really excite me, more of a necessity than an obsession to try as many as I can geet my hands on. You can check out my last photo of my brow products here . Mascaras- 11 My last mascara stocktake pic shows that I did have 8 mascaras, so the amount has increased. I have bought 1, I can justify that because it was part of a makeup bundle I had purchased on eBay. The other 2 I won. My aim is to continue using my mascaras until I have one in use, and a back up. I was kindly sent a pre-shampoo hair treatment for consideration from the Australian owned, not only natural, but 100% organic company, Hair&Me.  A little background information on the founders. Hair&Me is owned by a husband-and-wife team. Co-founder Jessica, when expecting a baby, took maternity leave from her successful hairdressing career. With no less than 10 years experience, she had the passion to create her own hair care range. With herself and customers in mind, Jessica was able to provide hair care to suit any and all hair types. Taken from the Hair&Me website - " Hair&Me Hair Rejuvenation Treatment is 100% organic. It is an oil based product, using coconut, macadamia, jojoba and almond oil- designed to help repair, moisturise and strengthen your hair and scalp." I am more than happy to share my face products with you, apart from more than enough blushes, I have base makeup under control. Only 3 of each of both primers and BB/CC creams. Of course I have an unopened back-up of Garnier BB cream for combination skin, so far my HG. 7 concealers, including a colour correcting palette. I'll say 3 foundations, although, the Mirenesse compacts are only samples and both are almost finished. Do you know how good it feels to actually need to buy a foundation! Finishing powders- 7, including 2 contouring compacts. 3 highlighters, I've only just started using them on a regular basis. I am not yet obsessed with them.. This is the first Outlast Lipstick that I've tried. Yeah, I've seen them in the Covergirl displays, but I was never tempted to try them. Thank you Christina for including one of these in your generous Instagram giveaway! Doe foot applicator. "Forever Fawn" is a great nude shade for me. Application of this liquid lipstick is easy with the doe foot wand. The formula is a great consistency, not too thick or thin, so it just smooths across the lips, but it is controllable.  It dries fairly quickly, but there's ample application time, something I certainly need. I did find that you don't want to rub your lips together at the tacky stage, because this will cause a patchy finish. I find that when set, it can feel drying on the lips, but that's expected with a matte liquid lipstick. With the included balm, you can go from matte to gloss in a simple swipe. This step will also feel hydrating on the lips. This is a good option for me. Som...

I am a sucker for a pretty nail polish. They often catch my eye, and I often can't resist. Hence my hoarding love affair. My nail polishes on display, don't they look so organized? Set of plastic drawers that store polishes that don't fit on the shelves. The cardboard box of nail polishes that don't fit in the plastic drawers are not so organized. Having a total of 407 nail polishes means my no-buy for these kind of lacquers should last and last and maybe even a bit longer than that... What beauty products are you out of control with?

I love indulging in so many makeup products, but for me mascara is a staple, a necessity. Something I don't ever want to be without! What I do try and stick to now is only having one mascara opened at a time. Mascara goes bad fairly quick compared to most other products, I really don't want any drying out because I have no order of use. I've had Rimmel Scandaleyes Extreme Black mascara in my stash for a while. I bought it back when the Scandaleyes range was new. You may remember my last stocktake series of posts. I've decided to take stock of the beauty products I own, this time with actual figures. I want to do this because then I can see if I've made much progress in future posts like this. Beginning with perfumes, my aim is to reduce my sprays to around 5 perfumes. As you can see, I have a way to go, but so far, so good. I've only slipped up once, buying Rihanna's "Rebelle" for only $15 for 30 ml. 15 in total.
