I have another gorgeous nail colour to show you.

Here  I am wearing Spoiled Are Mermaids Real. I normally associate mermaids with teal, that aside, I love this golden purple. It is such an elegant colour.

    I love it sweety. What a pretty shade! I've never heard of Spoiled before but you've got me interesting in the brand now. Is it an affordable range of polishes?
    I know what you mean about Mermaid shades. I too associate shades like blues and teals to mermaids....like that pretty loose shadow you sent me :D

      I have never actually seen this brand in a store before, unfortunately. I bought it during a blog sale. Hehe, I'm so glad that you love that colour as much as I do, hun xx

    That is such an amazing colour, and the name makes me think that perhaps we have been wrong all this time, and mermaids are really golden purple? lol

      It only took 2 coats. Mind you, I'd be prepared to use more coats if it meant the colour would look so good :)

When BH Cosmetics released the original Carli Bybel palette I was tossing up whether I was going to purchase it or not. Sure, it was pretty with lovely neutral shades, but I was trying to cut down my eye shadow palette buying to only palettes that I really, really had to have and I wasn't convinced that was the case. BYS Berries Palette

I have bought from the brand BYS in the past, but I can't say I've actually sought out anything from them. Well, that was until I saw swatches popping up on my Instagram feed of the Berries palette.  It's a 12 pan palette and has a similar vibe going on to the much loved and raved about ABH Modern Renaissance palette. Of course, I do not own the pricier ABH palette, but I just had to have the Berries palette. Taken from BYS - "BYS Berries Eye Shadow Palette features an array of 12 expertly chosen, highly pigmented matte and metallic eye shadows. The 12 piece palette comes housed in a modern, embossed tin. featuring a mirror and 2 dual end applicators." The tin packaging of this palette is really cute, it reminds me of the Naked 2 and 3 palettes. It is a little bulky, but I like it. House of Beauty Depechegurl Lip Trio

I seem to be on a lip product binge, especially brights or deep colours. These I have often shied away from for fear of ending up with messy, smudged lips. But, I was slowly worn down by the many images I saw of women wearing some amazing colours. I didn't want to feel left out any longer! If you can relate, online seller, House of Beauty have such an array of lip shades, you'll be in a world of temptation. This is not my first purchase, I went into the brand more here , and posted my lip swatches here . I really couldn't resist (story of my life!) the Depeche Gurl collection that I had spotted on Instagram. It's no longer available as a set, but the shades can be bought individually.
