Carla Oates has dedicated 10 years of research into the benefits of natural and fermented ingredients for the skin's appearance. They're good for the inside. so would be a positive thing to apply to the skin, too. This led to her release of Carla Oates Beauty.
The Dream Repair Serum is a product I bought from TVSN. I won't list the 15 oils and 3 botanical extracts, but they are expertly formulated to leave your skin feeling soft, supple and hydrated. It provides the skin with a high level of antioxidants to rejuvenate the skin during sleep. Certainly sounded good to me!
From experience, I just apply a few drops to face and neck, and any remaining gets applied to my often neglected hands.
It has a rather fresh scent, with a lovely citrus note.
As much as I love rosehip oil, I really appreciate that Carla Oates' oil has been crafted with so many more ingredients that are beneficial for my skin. I found it wonderful during the winter months, when my skin is drier, but it is not too much for my skin as the weather warms up.
I apply at night, it's the last step of my skincare routine, and know that I will wake up with hydrated skin. It also helps to reduce the redness of any break-outs that I have been "lucky" to get, healing them faster. I also apply around my delicate eye area without any adverse reactions, which offers hydration to one of the driest parts of my face.
Do you like using an oil on your skin? What's your fave? :)
