Come Play With Me- Bright and Bold

With a theme called Bright and Bold, cleverly chosen by Hailey, I had so many ideas whirling around in my head. I really didn't think I'd be able to make my mind up.
Finally after some inspiration, thanks to rifling through my mineral makeup, I decided first with an eye look, then the rest of my full face look just came to me easily.

Face
Garnier BB Cream for combination to oily skin.
Inouvi "Candy" and "Pink" blushes.

Eyes
Coastal Scents Camo Quad, using the white on my lids for a base.
Gold, green and purple loose pigments to create my eye look.
Mirenesse Superlong Wear Gel in "Black" to line my upper lashline.
MUA black Contour Liner on lower waterline.
L'Oreal Volume Million Lashes.

Lips
Australis Show Stopper Gloss Stick in "Fireworks".

What I love just as much as playing with makeup is also playing with nail colour, no surprise there, right? :)

With Sally Hansen HD "Laser" as a base colour, I then striped on my nails both Ulta3 "Mojito" and a Modelista pink. Using a toothpick, I ran lines through the colours, to mix them a little, whilst showing a peek of "Laser" through the lines.

It was a little messy, but hey, it's Bold and Bright ;)

Hailey certainly began this theme with a bang!
Kat is a master with colour on her lids, she totally wowes us with an extra special work of art.
Gemma shows us her flair with bold colour with a full face look, including her hair!

Sharing interpretations of various themes is so much fun, so why don't you join us! xx

    1. Thank you, hun! I so love the bright pink Australis lipstick. It's a little out of my comfort zone to wear it, so it was great to apply it for this theme. My daughter helped me choose the nail colours, so I'll credit her with the great choice :)

  3. Indie this is just too gorgeous for words hon, and so are you - you look beautiful AND cheeky ha ha! The mani is so incredibly creative, and I think you've put together my favourite colour combo of all time :-) But I've saved the best till last - look at those eyes! Darling yes it's ok to create a bright and bold look, but what use is it if it doesn't look any good on YOU, but you've done it sweetie - this suits you just SO well, I'm in awe of that yellow on the inner half, makes your eyes look ginormous and so fresh. Simply magnificent darling ♥
