Simple NOTD Sunday

The polish I am showing you today contains elements that I love, shimmer and shine. There's one thing that I really wasn't sure about was the actual colour. Brown...


Pretty Serious "Martian Sea" is a burnt orange brown. It's a great Autumn colour. Not one that I'd reach for to wear on its own a lot, but I'm sure it would be a versatile colour for various nail art themes :)

    It's beautiful Indie and very Autumn. It is a lovely orangy brown shade and the top notes of the shimmer make it unique and very eye catching. Would be a nice polish for a formal event :D

    Beautiful shade!! I received a brownish serious cosmetics nail polish from one of the beauty boxes. It would stain my finger nails and peel right off when it makes contact with hot water. did the same happen to you?

BH Cosmetics Carli Bybel Deluxe Palette and Giveaway

When BH Cosmetics released the original Carli Bybel palette I was tossing up whether I was going to purchase it or not. Sure, it was pretty with lovely neutral shades, but I was trying to cut down my eye shadow palette buying to only palettes that I really, really had to have and I wasn't convinced that was the case. When the Carli Bybel Deluxe version was released containing 15 shadows and 6 highlighters as opposed to the original which had 10 eye shadows and 3 highlighters, I had to have it.
