Simple NOTD Sunday- Maybelline Color Show "Pink Cosmo"

I love nail polish, but am not swayed by a certain brand. The colour is what normally draws me to a purchase. Paying a low amount is also a definite bonus. That's the case with Maybelline Color Show nail polishes. I love each one I own. Certainly great polish for the budget price.
A glowing example is "Pink Cosmo".

This shade is such a gorgeous metallic rose gold. It's a great colour for Summer, especially if you want to tone down those brighter shades, without resorting to a basic nude.

      I purchased this shade through Ozsale, I hadn't seen it in store, either, but after a quick google search of swatches, I needed this colour :)

BYS Berries Palette

I have bought from the brand BYS in the past, but I can't say I've actually sought out anything from them. Well, that was until I saw swatches popping up on my Instagram feed of the Berries palette.  It's a 12 pan palette and has a similar vibe going on to the much loved and raved about ABH Modern Renaissance palette. Of course, I do not own the pricier ABH palette, but I just had to have the Berries palette. Taken from BYS - "BYS Berries Eye Shadow Palette features an array of 12 expertly chosen, highly pigmented matte and metallic eye shadows. The 12 piece palette comes housed in a modern, embossed tin. featuring a mirror and 2 dual end applicators." The tin packaging of this palette is really cute, it reminds me of the Naked 2 and 3 palettes. It is a little bulky, but I like it. BH Cosmetics Carli Bybel Deluxe Palette and Giveaway

When BH Cosmetics released the original Carli Bybel palette I was tossing up whether I was going to purchase it or not. Sure, it was pretty with lovely neutral shades, but I was trying to cut down my eye shadow palette buying to only palettes that I really, really had to have and I wasn't convinced that was the case. When the Carli Bybel Deluxe version was released containing 15 shadows and 6 highlighters as opposed to the original which had 10 eye shadows and 3 highlighters, I had to have it. I went as far as pre-ordering the palette before it was even released. The sneak peek swatches had won me over!
