W7 Catwalk Concealer
W7 is a budget brand from the UK. I am always drawn to these types of brands because who doesn't love a good bargain? :) I feel that if I don't like the product I haven't paid too much to be concerned about binning it. Plus when a makeup product does work for me it's certainly a bonus that it is cheap to replace when needed!
One of my Chemist Warehouse trips for prescription medication lead me to the W7 counter, I believe the only store in Australia that stocks this brand. I figured that for $4.99 for a concealer wasn't going to break the bank.
Taken from the W7 website "With a creamy consistency and long lasting formula, this product can cover, camouflage and hide blemishes and redness."

The concealer is packaged in a typical concealer tube. As you can see, it has a doe foot wand for application.
This product is quite creamy in consistency.
When I first applied the Catwalk concealer, I found it to be a little too yellow toned and more of a medium shade than the light that it is labelled as. I put it away, glad that I had only paid $5 for it, I am also glad that I didn't throw it away, lol. Finally, it dawned on me that instead of trying to highlight my under eye area after foundation, I could use this concealer to colour correct before foundation!
For the purpose of colour correcting, I find this concealer fantastic. It is a great shade to neutralise my dark circles.
To apply, I just dab it along my dark circles, then blend out with my finger or concealer brush. The creamy consistency makes it very blendable, yet still providing coverage that I need without becoming cakey.
The W7 Catwalk Concealer works great under foundation, it blends out well without totally disappearing. I'm happy I found a use for this concealer as a colour corrector because it really works well this way.
Have you used any products from the W7 range?

Clever Indie! I haven't tried any of their concealers yet, but their lippies, blushes and shadows are terrific value. Glad you found a use for it - I'll take a look (when I find my new local CW) as I'm always after a yellowish concealer - thanks doll! ♥♥♥
