Stamped NOTD

I thought that it was about time I pulled out my stamping plates again. I find it difficult to choose a design, every time I plan to stamp, I have to go through a lengthy elimination process. I had already chosen the colours, as I'd been wanting to stamp with a white over a neutral polish.
 Using Blush-Amour shade 63 for my base colour, I stamped with Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear "White On". I find this white to be opaque enough to use for stamping.












I am really happy with the way this mani turned out! :)

    Simply stunning!!! I would love to wear a similar design to my 21st party! Im hopeless at nail art so I think going to a professional haha

    And so you should be Indie - this is super classy and quite different to anything I've seen before. Trust you - LOVE the base colour, the whole look is tres feminine and ever so elegant ♥

BYS Berries Palette

I have bought from the brand BYS in the past, but I can't say I've actually sought out anything from them. Well, that was until I saw swatches popping up on my Instagram feed of the Berries palette.  It's a 12 pan palette and has a similar vibe going on to the much loved and raved about ABH Modern Renaissance palette. Of course, I do not own the pricier ABH palette, but I just had to have the Berries palette. Taken from BYS - "BYS Berries Eye Shadow Palette features an array of 12 expertly chosen, highly pigmented matte and metallic eye shadows. The 12 piece palette comes housed in a modern, embossed tin. featuring a mirror and 2 dual end applicators." The tin packaging of this palette is really cute, it reminds me of the Naked 2 and 3 palettes. It is a little bulky, but I like it. BH Cosmetics Carli Bybel Deluxe Palette and Giveaway

When BH Cosmetics released the original Carli Bybel palette I was tossing up whether I was going to purchase it or not. Sure, it was pretty with lovely neutral shades, but I was trying to cut down my eye shadow palette buying to only palettes that I really, really had to have and I wasn't convinced that was the case. When the Carli Bybel Deluxe version was released containing 15 shadows and 6 highlighters as opposed to the original which had 10 eye shadows and 3 highlighters, I had to have it. I went as far as pre-ordering the palette before it was even released. The sneak peek swatches had won me over!
