Mirenesse "Love Tornado" and Twinkle Twinkle" Bullet Proof Nail Lacquer

For quality of nail polish, Mirenesse is one of the best I have used, not that I would ever pay the full price tag. I've only ever acquired them as GWP on a magazine, I must have looked like a crazy lady buying 3 of the same mag, but its price was a lot cheaper than the nail polishes. 

 My latest Mirenesse nail polish purchase came when the website was having a huge clearance. I couldn't resist $2.50 each and free postage!
The base colour is "Love Tornado", isn't it a gorgeous purple? To add some sparkle, a dab of "Twinkle, Twinkle" near the cuticle.

BH Cosmetics Carli Bybel Deluxe Palette and Giveaway

When BH Cosmetics released the original Carli Bybel palette I was tossing up whether I was going to purchase it or not. Sure, it was pretty with lovely neutral shades, but I was trying to cut down my eye shadow palette buying to only palettes that I really, really had to have and I wasn't convinced that was the case. When the Carli Bybel Deluxe version was released containing 15 shadows and 6 highlighters as opposed to the original which had 10 eye shadows and 3 highlighters, I had to have it. I went as far as pre-ordering the palette before it was even released. The sneak peek swatches had won me over!
