Simple NOTD Sunday- Australis Neon Crush #bethatgirl

When I spotted the Australis Neon Crush range at Priceline, the nail polish #bethatgirl caught my eye. I just had to have it!
I am so disappointed that the colour in the photo just doesn't match the true shade.
It's more of a magenta colour like this swatch.
I really wish my camera had have picked up the stunning vibrancy of the nail polish. I just couldn't stop looking at my nails!

Oh, and do you like the strategically placed flower..?? I had a chip in my index finger :/

    Such a stunning colour Indie - I'm mad about magenta and this is real beauty. You're so funny hon - when I first saw the last pic, I thought what a lovely photo with a matching flower (I LOVE it when gals use "props" in their piccies), and it wasn't till I read the caption that I understood you were covering up a flaw! Would never have guessed sweetie, well placed ha ha...

    Lol, thank you, Kat! I love beautifully placed props, too, can certainly make a photo, which you are so good at! Me, not so much, when I try and do it, the photo looks a mess, hahaha :)

BYS Berries Palette

I have bought from the brand BYS in the past, but I can't say I've actually sought out anything from them. Well, that was until I saw swatches popping up on my Instagram feed of the Berries palette.  It's a 12 pan palette and has a similar vibe going on to the much loved and raved about ABH Modern Renaissance palette. Of course, I do not own the pricier ABH palette, but I just had to have the Berries palette. Taken from BYS - "BYS Berries Eye Shadow Palette features an array of 12 expertly chosen, highly pigmented matte and metallic eye shadows. The 12 piece palette comes housed in a modern, embossed tin. featuring a mirror and 2 dual end applicators." The tin packaging of this palette is really cute, it reminds me of the Naked 2 and 3 palettes. It is a little bulky, but I like it. BH Cosmetics Carli Bybel Deluxe Palette and Giveaway

When BH Cosmetics released the original Carli Bybel palette I was tossing up whether I was going to purchase it or not. Sure, it was pretty with lovely neutral shades, but I was trying to cut down my eye shadow palette buying to only palettes that I really, really had to have and I wasn't convinced that was the case. When the Carli Bybel Deluxe version was released containing 15 shadows and 6 highlighters as opposed to the original which had 10 eye shadows and 3 highlighters, I had to have it. I went as far as pre-ordering the palette before it was even released. The sneak peek swatches had won me over!
